The State of War Georgia declared at the height of the Russian aggression will be rescinded by the Parliament of Georgia, Parliament Speaker Davit Bakradze stated yesterday. The occupied territories however will remain under the lesser State of Emergency provisions.
According to Bakradze, a State of War negatively affects country’s economy. The State of War was first declared on August 9 and extended until September 8 on August 23.
